In accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby intimate that Members of the Company have approved the Resolution for Reclassification of Mr. Chirayu Ramanbhai Amin and Mr. Mayank Natubhai Amin from the Status of Promoter Group Category into Public Category in the 76th (Seventy Sixth) Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 30th September 2020 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) subject to approval from BSE Limited and/or such other approval as may be required in this matter.
