In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with the respective Circulars of BSE Ltd and NSE Ltd dated 2nd April 2019 with respect to the Clarification regarding trading restrictions period" and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company (as amended) it is hereby informed that the "Trading Window for dealing in securities of Dixon Technologies (India) Limited shall remain closed for Designated Persons and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information with immediate effect until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results/statements for the fourth quarter and financial year ending as on 31st March 2019.
Further the communication in this regard has already been circulated to the Directors/Designated Persons/Auditors of the Company.
