Pursuant to an internal review certain inadvertent clerical typographical and cross-referencing errors have been noticed in the said Annual Report. A Corrigendum dated September 08 2026 correcting the said errors has accordingly been issued by the Company. Save and except the corrections set out below all other contents businesses resolutions and explanatory statements contained in the Notice and all other disclosures contained in the Annual Report remain unchanged and unaffected.
