Further to our letter dated 03rd March 2021 and pursuant to provision of the Companies act 2013 and applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued thereunder the Board of Polylink Polymers (India) Limited at its meeting today i.e. 10th March 2021 has approved the appointment of Mrs. Jyoti Shastri (DIN: 06387317) in the capacity of additional Director (Non-executive and Independent Director) of the Company.
The meeting was commenced at 11.00 HRS and concluded at 11.18 HRS.
