As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders and also in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in Companys securities for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from 01st October 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half Year ending on 30th September 2022.
