DHP India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2014, to discuss the following agenda:
1. To discussed and approve the proposal of Increasing the Remuneration of Managing Director - Sri Asheesh Dabriwal w.e.f. April 01, 2014 for a period of 5 years and also refixed this tenure of Managing Director w.e.f. Financial year i.e. from April 01, 2014 to March 31, 2019, subject to approval of shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting or Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, whichever is earlier.
2. To approve and signed the revised Remuneration Agreement of Re-appointment-cum- Increasing in Remuneration of Sri Asheesh Dabriwal as Managing Director for a fresh tenure of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2014 to March 31, 2019.
3. Miscellaneous Business Activities.
