We wish to inform you that as on date there is no material relevant information /event having a bearing on the operations/performance of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations"). All the information/events which have a bearing on the operations of the Company are disclosed to the Exchange on immediate basis as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. The Company has always abided by and complied with all regulatory requirements and will continue to do so. Therefore the Movement in companys share price is apparently due to market conditions and market driven on which company neither has any control nor have any knowledge of Reasons.
