Disclosure under Regulation 30 and Regulation 30A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 regarding Mr. Yogesh Agrawal (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoters" or "Promoter Sellers") of the Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Mr. Pankaj Grover and Mr. Abhisek Gupta (hereinafter referred to as "Acquirers") pursuant to which the promoters sellers propose to sell entire of their shareholding in the company to the acquirers.
