Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2016.
Further, as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from October 29, 2016 upto 48 hours after the announcement of results to the Stock exchanges i.e. November 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Directors and Designated Officers of the Company.
