Euro Finmart Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2014, has decided to withdraw the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Alankit Assignments Limited which was filed with the stock exchange on March 08, 2013.
