Archit Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2015, to consider and approved the quarterly un-audited financial results for the aforesaid quarter.
Further, the trading window will remain closed from the August 03, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the results.
