Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and clarification given by NSE vide letter no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April 2019 and BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 regarding trading restriction period and Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 2nd January 2020 till 48 hours after announcement / declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2019.The date of Board Meeting will be informed in due course.
