Atishay Ltd has informed BSE that the Board came to a conclusion that the half yearly financial results will be considered and approved in the next board meeting which will be held on October 24, 2016, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall continue to remain close from October 19, 2016 to October 25, 2016 for all the Designated employees, Key Managerial Persons and Directors of the Company for the purpose of record financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2016.
