Unno Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, were discussed and approved the following matters :
1. The Board herewith accepted the resignation of Shri Rohit Shaw, Director of the Company and also appraised the time he had devoted to the organisation.
2. The board also reviewed the working of the Company and is looking forward for the expansion of its present business.
