In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Regulation and Disclosure Obligations) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby intimated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Month ended 31st December, 2017 as reviewed by the Audit Committee.
Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from February 03, 2018 up to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of Nutech Global Limited. During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders and their immediate relative have been advised not to deal in the shares of Nutech Global Limited.
