This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th February 2021 has authorised the KMPs to determine the materiality of an event/information in relation to the Company.
In terms of Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the contact details as on the date of the authorised KMPs are being furnished.
