This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by its Designated persons shall remain close from July 01 2019 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the Declaration of duly approved financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2019 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
The date of proposed Board Meeting for considering the financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2019 shall be informed in the due course.
