The company is in receipt of intimation that the Honble High Court of Punjab and Haryana has passed an order dated 26.08.2019 in matter of Rajiv Aggarwal & Ors. Versus IFCI Limited & Ors. in CWP 8440 of 2019 restraining the respondent IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited under Indian Automotive Components Manufacturer Private Equity Fund-1 Domestic (IACM-D-1) from selling the alleged pledged shares of the Promoter Shareholders.
