We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited ("the Company") is proposed to be held on or before August 14 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited and limited reviewed financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026. In view of this and pursuant to our earlier communication dated March 25 2026 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (PIT)Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until further notice.
