MRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2016 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share [30%] for the financial year ending March 31, 2017. The Interim Dividend declared will be paid on or after November 18, 2016.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 a.m and concluded at 1.00 p.m.
