MGSA & COMPANY Chartered Accountants Bikaner on the above un- audited financial Results. A copy of the said Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) containing disclosures required under Regulation 30 33 and other provisions of the Listing Regulations as applicable along with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the company is enclosed herewith
