We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on April 29 2021 has recommended Final Dividend of INR 6 (INR Six) per Equity Share of INR 10 (Ten) each for the Financial Year 2020-21 subject to the approval by Members in the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday July 21 2021.
