With reference to clarification dated 2nd April 2019 issued by Stock Exchanges read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window of the Company will be closed from Thursday 4th April 2019 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the period ended 31st March 2019.
