Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) as amended we would like to inform you that Mr. Mohan Lakhanlal Chandiramani (DIN: 01462553) and Mr. Murli Chandak (DIN: 10248881) Independent Directors of SGL Resources Limited (the Company) have tendered their resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 26 August 2026. The resignations have been tendered by the aforesaid Directors due to their inability to attend the scheduled meetings of the Board and consequently their inability to effectively discharge their duties and responsibilities as Independent Directors of the Company.
