Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 01 2026 till 48 hours after the public announcement through Board of Directors in their Meeting held for announcing the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year Ended on September 30 2026 along with other matters for which trading window is required to be closed.The Board Meeting date to approve the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Result of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and Half Year Ended September 30 2026 will be informed in due course.All Promoters/designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the period of Closure of Trading Window.We request you to take the above information on record and acknowledge receipt
