Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2016.
In this regard, an earnings conference call with analysts /investors is being scheduled on October 21, 2016, after the Board meeting.
Also, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (?Code?) of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 07, 2016 to October 23, 2016 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
