This is further to our intimation dated May 29 2026 enclosing the copy of postal ballot notice (Notice) for seeking approval of the Members of the Company by way of remote e-voting on resolution set out in the Notice.The remote e-voting process concluded at 5.00 p.m. (IST) on June 29 2026.
