Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby wish to inform you that the Enforcement Directorate ("ED") has conducted a search operation at the Registered Office of the Company situated 804 Meadows Sahar Plaza Complex J B Nagar Andheri Kurla Road Andheri East Mumbai - 400059 from 02-09-2026 to 03-09-2026 in relation to verification of Valuation report(s) issued by us for clients. The Company extended its full cooperation to the officials of the Enforcement Directorate. As on date no further notice has been served on the Company in this connection.This intimation is being submitted at 9:28 P.M. on 03-09-2026 i.e. within the timeline prescribed under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.We request you to take the above information on your records and disseminate the same accordingly. The Company shall keep the Exchange informed of any material developments in this regard.
