In this relation, we wish to put on record that Khaitan Electricals Limited has outstanding loans (NPA) with the following lenders, viz Allahabad Bank, State Bank of India, IDBI Bank Ltd., Indian Bank, Bank of India and Religare Finvest Limited.
We have come to know about the said media report, through the mail send to us by Exchange and thereafter from the report published in newspapers.
