Polycon International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/Half Year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, the Trading Window will be closed from opening trading hours of October 26, 2015 and will be reopened on November 10, 2015 after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on November 09, 2015.
