All the resolutions proposed for members approval were approved by shareholders with requisite majority on the basis of Report submitted by Mr. A.K. Labh Practicing Company Secretary who was appointed as the Scrutinizer at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting ( copy of report attached herewith ).
