The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today February 9 2022 has inter alia considered and approved a Third Interim Dividend @ 150% i.e. Rs.1.50 (Rupee one and paise fifty) per equity share of Re.1/- each on the equity share capital of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22. The Company has fixed February 21 2022 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Third Interim Dividend and the same will be paid on or before March 4 2022.
