Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are hereby enclosing the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) based on IND-AS for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 as recommended by the Audit Committee and approval by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held today, i.e. 27th September, 2017. Further the Auditors have also issued an unqualified Limited Review Report for the quarterly results.
