Further informed that pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in term of Hittco Tools Limited- Insider Trading Code the Trading Window Will be closed from 7th February 2019 till close of business hours on February 16 2019 (Both Days Inclusive) for Directors Designated Employees and their Immediate relatives i.e. they cannot deal (either purchase or sales) in securities of the company when the trading window is closed.
