Rajlaxmi Industries: Closure of Trading Window

As per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close from 5th February, 2018 till the completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the financial for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Companys Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window.
