In terms of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has entered into Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with (a) DNV (Det Norske Veritas) a globally recognised Maritime organisation to establish expertise in warship design shipbuilding and marine engineering with DNVs global capabilities in classification certification technical assurance digitalization sustainability and maritime advisory services and (b) Damen Technical Cooperation B.V. Netherlands for establishing a technical and business collaboration framework to explore the design and construction of dredgers for Indian customers. The MoU combines BRSEs shipbuilding capabilities with Damens globally proven expertise on Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD) and Water Injection Dredgers (WID).There is no financial implication ascertained at present.Copies of the press release are enclosed.This is for your kind information and record.
