In furtherance to our letter dated 28th January 2021 on the captioned matter we would like to inform that the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between lnox Renewables Limited and GFL Limited and lnox Wind Energy Limited and their respective shareholders (Scheme) has become effective upon filing of the certified copy of the Order passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Ahmedabad Bench (NCL T) sanctioning the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat (MCA website) on 09th February 2021 with effect from the Appointed Date of 1st April 2020 for Part II of the Scheme and 1st July 2020 for Part 111 of the Scheme.
