To take note of resignation of Ms. Aditi Gorasia from the post of Company Secretary:
RESOLVED THAT the resignation of Ms. Aditi Gorasia from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company be and is hereby accepted with effect from June 15, 2018.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board places on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Ms. Aditi Gorasia during her tenure as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. Jayesh Madiyar, Managing Director (DIN:03045045), be and hereby authorized to sign digitally and/or hard copy of e-form DIR-12 and any other e-forms and all other documents, papers, etc. and to do all necessary things to give effect of this resignation of Ms. Aditi Gorasia as Company Secretary of the Company.
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby authorized to do all things, deeds, acts as may be necessary in this connection.
