UT Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has become a sick industrial company as per the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA) and a reference under Section 15(1) of said Act has been made to the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for determination of measures which shall be adopted with respect to the Company.
