WEP SOLUTIONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/12/2020 inter alia to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation of WeP Digital Services Limited (Wholly owned Subsidiary) with WeP Solutions Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act 2013 subject to obtaining necessary statutory approvals in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and rules made there under.
