MOIL: Information Regarding Tenure Of Director - Updated

In continuation to our letter No. CS/NSE-BSE/2021-22/74 dated 01.09.2021 on the above subject it is to inform that the Government of India Ministry of Steel vide Order No. F.No.4/8/2015-BLA dated 29.11.2021 has extended the tenure of appointment of Shri M.P. Chaudhari Chairman-cum-Managing Director of MOIL Limited beyond 31.08.2021 till 31.10.2022 i.e. the date of his superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.
