Sub: Disqualification of Director under Section 164(2) of Companies Act, 2013
This has reference to the list of directors disqualified under Section 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 posted on the MCA website, reveals that Mr. Rajeev Mukhija, Managing Director (DIN-00507367) and Mr. Shyam Sunder Mukhija, Non Executive Director (DIN-01552629), of the Company has incurred such disqualification with respect to the company FUTURE OUTSOURCING MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in which they both are Directors.
We would like to inform you that the above matter has been communicated to Mr. Rajeev Mukhija and Mr. Shyam Sunder Mukhija and it will be communicated to other Board Members of the Company. Accordingly, the Company shall inform the Stock Exchange under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, if required.
