Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that the Company has received a resignation letters dated 21st March, 2018 from Mr. Dhiren Negandhi, Managing Director & Compliance Officer and Mr. Jayesh Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company conveying their intention to resign from the Board.
In view of the foregoing and in accordance with the provision of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from 22nd March, 2018 to 2nd April, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all the designated employees including Directors and such other employees of the Company.
