This is inform your good selves that Regional Director Northern Region has vide his order
dated 13th July 2020 approved the proposed shifting of Registered Office of the Company from
the State of Uttar Pradesh to the State of Gujarat. A copy of the said order is enclosed
herewith for your ready reference. We will update you once the Registered office of the
Company is shifted in the due course of time.
