We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Roshani Vilas Gangawane (DIN No.: 08403286) and Mr. Sandeepkumar Gupta (DIN No.: 08403308) as Additional Directors (Non- executive Independent) on the Board of the Company with effect from 28th March 2019 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
