We wish to inform that as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2019 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending 31st March 2019.
