IDFC Ltd has informed BSE that on July 26, 2016, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS), the Company has granted to its employees 26,21,325 options equivalent to 26,21,325 equity shares at a price of Rs. 53.90 per equity share. These options shall vest over a maximum period of 5 years and shall be exercisable within a period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
