India being one of the Promoter has tendered in buyback offer 65 42 401 (Sixty Five Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Four Hundred One) equity shares aggregating to Rs. 173 37 36 265 (Rupees One Hundred Seventy Three Crore Thirty Seven Lakh Thirty Six Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Five Only) including taxes through stock exchange mechanism pursuant to SEBI circular no. CIR/ CFD/POLICYCELL/1 /2015 dated April 13 2015 and circular no. CFD/DCR2/CIR/P/2016/131 dated December 09 2016 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India.
