14, 2015, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Goel and Mr. Rajendra Kulkarni from the Directorship of the Company and Dr. Mukesh Arora as a CMO of the Company. Board has also accepted resignation of Ms. Sonia Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
