Prism Informatics: Outcome of Board Meeting

Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. The Board approved Issue of Right Shares to mobilize Rupees Ten Crores (Rs. 10 Crores) to augment Working Capital Requirement.

2. Appointment of Mr. Atul Pradhan as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

3. Appointment of M/s D. Kothari and Co. as Statutory Auditor of the Company.

4. Appointment of Consultants as follows:

i) Service Tax consultant:- RSM Astute Consulting Private Limited
ii) Transfer Pricing- M/s A.D & Co.

5. The Board discussed about Restructuring the Capital and Board of Prism Informatics Europe AG (Wholly owned subsidiary of Prism Informatics Limited)
